WHAT IS DHYANA OR MEDITATON?
“Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodha”
which translates to “Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”
This sutra, from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, highlights the importance of meditation in calming and focusing the mind. Through the practice of meditation, we can learn to quiet the constant stream of thoughts and distractions that can pull us away from the present moment. By stilling the mind, we can cultivate a sense of peace and tranquility, and develop a deeper awareness of our true nature.


COURSE DETAIL:
Our 50-hour meditation course includes 6 days of in-person training at a center located in Crawley. In addition to attending the training days, participants must also complete approximately 15-20 hours of written work. We understand that not everyone can attend the in-person training, which is why our Meditation Teacher Training Course is also offered online via Zoom or in person.

A £250 deposit is required upon enrolment, followed by two additional payments of £250.

Yoga is my passion. My journey began back in 1992, when I traveled to the Himalayas in search of the true essence of Yoga. I trained under the brightest minds in the Himalayan ashramas and was initiated by great Hindu spiritual leaders. It is here that I discovered the art of Yoga as a way to human consciousness and overall well-being. My four years of training with the mystics gave me a closer understanding of the physiology and psychology of the human body. My Gurus guided me on the path of meditation and mindfulness, and since then it has created momentous impacts in my life.
